TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS AND USE OF SETMIND RESOURCES

By purchasing and/or accessing the resources provided by SETMind, the student agrees to comply with these legally binding terms and conditions and the general terms of service of SETMind. SETMind reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Resources refer to any material that is the intellectual property of SETMind, such as notes, pdf of solutions, and video recordings made by SETMind tutors. These resources are stored in the database of SETMind, a registered company in South Africa that provides tutoring services to its students and clients. Resources are shared with the student(s) after a recorded group session (at the discretion of SETMind Tutoring) or upon purchase of the resources at the set price. Any other access that is not made through these channels is deemed theft of SETMind intellectual property.

  2. All shared resources are the intellectual property of SETMind and may not be redistributed without the authorization of SETMind, unless SETMind has made them freely available on public platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, SETMind WhatsApp group, the YouTube channel of SETMind, or others.

  3. Shared resources are intended for the exclusive use of the student they are shared with. If their peer requests access, they should direct them to the SETMind Admin.

  4. If SETMind discovers that a student is distributing purchased resources without its permission, SETMind will revoke their access and ban them from using its services. SETMind may also take legal action if necessary.

  5. If SETMind discovers that a student purchased resources to share or use them with a group of students, SETMind has the right to revoke their access and ban them from receiving its services in the future.

  6. Access to all resources will expire on the 15th of December of every academic year. If a student repeats the course or needs access to the material again, they will have to purchase the material again.

  7. SETMind reserves the right to change the prices of the resources at any time without notice. Such change will be reflected on the SETMind website. A student who repeats a course may have to purchase the same resources at a higher rate the following year.
