Every tutor undergoes an interview assessing their personality, teaching style and the knowledge of the subject they want to tutor by giving them questions which they will teach by presenting the concepts and solution to the interviewers. All our tutors have obtained very high marks for the courses they want to tutor. We take our tutors from qualified teachers, professionals and senior students who are good in their areas of specialisation and have a keen interest in helping students.
Yes, we can make a quotation/invoice for the student with their details after requesting for a tutor.
If the bursary pays for extra tutorials, we accept the student. We create invoices for the student to send to their sponsors.
After the student has paid and the tutoring hours are confirmed, we get the tutor and student in touch. We do not schedule lesson on behalf of the student nor decide on when and where the student and the tutor should meet. We allow flexibility and therefore is upon the student and the tutor to converse and decide on the time that suits both of them -taking into account their availability.
The sessions can start anytime from when the student has paid and is allocated to a tutor. We however advise at least a one-day period to ensure the tutor prepares for the session.

We value and prioritize the satisfaction of our students. We will act based on the feedback from the student. If the tutor showed little or no understanding of the problems the student needs clarity on, we talk to the tutor and find out why. We strongly advise our tutors to always prepare for every session so we will ask the tutor to do a free ‘’make-up’’ session and should the student be nothappy we will happily allocate a new tutor at no extra cost. If all these efforts fail, we will refund the student.

We offer tutoring services for university and high school. We offer both one on one and group sessions.
The student is assigned a tutor no later than 48 hours upon request on the condition that the student has paid or has signed an agreement (payment plan). An payment plan agreement maybe offered where a student is not in a position to pay at the time they require tutoring. We reserve the right to agree or disagree to giving a payment plan option to a student.
We offer university tutoring at all major South African Universities – UP, UJ, WITS, NWU and many more. However, our strong base is at Wits University and University of Johannesburg.
Tutoring takes place both Online and Face to Face. Online tutoring takes place on a platform agreed by the tutor and the student e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.
In person tutoring takes place in a public space which is safe i.e., a tutor and a student who are at the same University or close by will use the facilitiesavailable within the Institution (on campus). If agreed the tutor and the student can use a space advised by the student, this includes travelling to the student. In such case, travel costs for the tutor will be applied above the normal tutoring.
